Subject : Reply – response to your letter ref no AP/269/CC/225 dated 30.01.17 and contractor concern for the comments mentioned in your communication
Dear Sir,
With reference to above , our concern regarding the mock up room balance items and your reply on dated 30.01.17 through your vide letter reference no:AP/269/CC/225 ,kindly note the following in line of your communication:
- In your communication statement “As subcontractor has already been nominated” kindly review your previous communication ref no:CC/AP/269/222/16 dt:28.01.17 which is self-explanatory in reply of item no.1 of AP/269/CC 225 on dated 30.01.17 .So we did not sign and prepared any agreement or LPO for joinery subcontractor till date.
- In your letter ref no. AP/269/CC/225 dated 30.01.17, Item no.2 for Switches and Sockets , we ae attaching our letter which issued through vide ref :CC/AP/229/16 dated 15.01.17 which is Self-explanatory for socket with USB port, door bell, Bell push button. Rest of the items , we have already prepared/sent the LPO.
- Furthermore, We do not have contact details or Email ID and also the company organization chart for M/s Home Center subcontractors to coordinate for mock up room.
- Mock up room is ready to take the measurement for single lift door, double door between two rooms as well as sliding door at toilet.( shop drawings and material approval needs to provide by M/s Home center)
So kindly note that we did not enter into contract with M/ s Home center as explained above and we are coordinating through clients only, Kindly review our concern mentioned above and please do the needful.
