Subject:           Replacement of PT Subcontractor Proposal instead of the approved one

Dear Sir,

            With reference to the above mentioned subject and discussed in the last Minutes of Meeting No. 14 dated 21-Dec-15 , CC explained to AP and CM about not responding of M/s ESF and failure to submit its Design Drawing. It was decided and agreed with all concerned in the meeting by analyzing the future risk with M/s ESF. So, we are requesting you to approve the new PT Subcontractor M/s VALM and we are assuring that they will perform as per the requirement of Project Specification.
