Dear Sir,

With reference to above we receive one document which include Submittals, IES approved drawings in one file which is not enough as per our project requirement which was explained when you submitted.

Kindly provide the following:

1. We need 2 no’s sets of submittals documents.
2. You mention reference issue no 2, which we did not receive reference issue no 1.
3. We need soft copy of all document submitted which is mandatory condition.

So, still we are waiting 2 more sets document to submit to the client and consultant.
