Subject: Regarding Signing the Agreement to release your Invoice only on LPO & as per our Contract
Dear Sir,
With reference to the above mentioned subject, all the issue to the rate & agreement as per our Main Contract. The project had already agreement with SS Lootha and we are attaching our agreement copy to make you understand, it is already given to Mr. Charles and we attached in our LPO also.
The agreement is the formality to proceed for your payment as per requirement of the client since one agreement already exists.
Now we sent the agreement as per comments as per your comments, but still you are not signed the agreement copy, & without signed of agreement how can we process the Invoice without agreement, since it is hold from your end due to signature of agreement.
Kindly do the needful as earliest.
