Subject:           Closing of Dewatering Well on Immediate Basis

Dear Sir,

With reference to the above mentioned subject, as we are following up for dewatering system close up which is functioning unnecessary at site and we cannot precede the successor activates to stop dewatering without your cooperation & coordination. Kindly co-operate with us at site and do needful immediately. Since the cost is mountain up for no reason at site. 

            Furthermore, you have our LPO and based on that we are liable to pay you, the agreement is a formal document required to proceed for invoicing which is with your office for signature and it should not hold our process of closing dewatering.

            So, without signature on agreement, we cannot proceed for invoicing as well as please do not hold process of closing the dewatering as we agreed to change the agreement payment terms since now we are at closing stage.

            Kindly note that consultant already instructed to close the some and we cannot proceed without your assistance and coordination which is not happened till date at site.

            Hope, you consider the site scenario and will help us immediately to start the Closing of Dewatering System.
