Subject:                Regarding partition work drawing approval, variation issue and                            subcontractor letter Ref: CTI/CMC/Dubai/2017

Dear Sir,

With reference to the above, we have raised this issue many times and described in a manner to close this issue in order to escalate partition works. We would like to inform you that following in this regard:

  1. We have raised our variation which has not been considered or approved till date.
  2. Our subcontractor, M/s Chirag Techno Industries and their letter

Ref: CTI/CMC/Dubai/2017 is clear and self explanatory that they will claim variation from us as well as intimating us to provide a concrete decision or they will withdraw from the site

  • Whatever variation will be rased by the subcontractor for rework carried out at 2nd Floor with other claims as stated in their letter as well as 3rd Floor rework required once GRMS drawing is approved and subcontractor Nomination will be over by Employer .

So, at any case we must look forward to complete the project and we are confirming to our subcontractor who has already faced losses, to follow and execute the approved drawings for the 2nd Floor from 3rd floor onwards by incorporating interconnecting wall thickness as per Home Centre requirements.

Furthermore, please consider our claim for EoT and variation cost as we cannot afford subcontractor claim or withdrawl from site. Please provide a concrete decision to the subcontractor’s concern as the project is not moving due to this.

Regards,

For xxx Contracting L.L.C.
