Subject:               Quotation for the de moisture mirror from approved mirror supplier and        comparison with other suppliers.

Dear Sir,

With reference to the above, we have requested many times to the employer to finalize  and provide supply and fixing the heating pad mirror and to avoid further delay in the partition work  and finally we are submitting the 3 supplier’s Quotation along with other additional work with the intimation that partition work in toilet and toilet tiling can’t be started without fixing the Electrical supply and finalizing the variation work.

Further more, we are attaching the comparison sheet from approved supplier as well as other supplier as mentioned below to select and finalise our variation amount. As we recommend our approved supplier for the mirror wide Ref: CC/AP/269/MAT/CIV/137 dtd. 22.11.2016, is the longest one.  And find the other detail of the variation with positive and negative statement.

A	The new scope of cost analysis from
1	The lowest Supplier AL SABI GLASS AND MIRROR LLC	AED 127,200.00
2	Cost of the electrical work per point 120 nos @ AED150/POINT will be	AED 18,000.00
3	Total cost for the mirror and the MEP	AED145,200
	Add main contractor 10% of 145,200.00	AED 14,520.00
	Total variation cost by adding 1+2+3	AED 159,720.00
B	The original scope from BOQ Page BILL NO 11, Page ref. no 11/2/6	(AED126,800.00)
	Net variation from Item A-B      159,720 – 126,800 =	AED32,920.00 (Thirty two thousand nine hundred  twenty Dirhams Only)

So, this is for your kind information and request that we can’t close the toilet wall at washbasin area without fixing the electrical conduit and we also need the confirmation of the variation to order the mirror for mock up room also.

Kindly do needful to avoid any delay to execute MEP work and to place the order the mirror for the mock up room.
