Subject:                 Regarding Running Invoice certification issue.

Dear Sir,

With reference to the above, the meeting held in xxx in the month of January, it was agreed by all parties that contract Running invoice certification will be speed up as priority basis which are always being delayed and contractor request to certify less than the time stipulated in the contract to support the project.

                       And kindly note the following.

1. It is beyond our control, the procedure or remark issue but there is some road block in invoice certification for the month of February if it was released from your office on 3^rd April 2017, which is self explanatory as well as other previous invoices.
   1. The client representative’s pre confirmation for the invoice in advance for early payment process in client office but this process may be one of the reason for the delay of the invoice certification.
   1. The contractor request to set a well defined process to release the invoice atleast with in 7 days for the submission to speed up the invoicing process as agreed in the month of January.
