Subject : Regarding non acceptance of payment terms.
Dear Sir,
With reference above, the nomination dated on 09-07-xxx ref no: AP/269/xxx. We sent the payment terms attaching in the nomination same to send to sub-contractor and their reply attached.
Here with the sub-contractor is not accepting the terms attached in the nomination.
So, we cannot send any LPO until payment terms between nominated sub-contractor and the client will not be resolved.
