Subject:          Regarding issue related to submission of shop drawings for elevators

Dear Mayur,

With ref. to above, after long follow up you have sent the shop drawings for elevators to our office on dt.27.09.16 which have been returned back as the drawings show chipping where as we have clearly stated that structural chipping is denied by consultant, in our letter ref.CC/269/LW/12 dt 18.09.16.

If you have any issue regarding this matter kindly report back in writing to the consultant or client to resolve this issue, we as a contractor have no authority to decide, previously meeting has been held for the same long before. The proposal was given by you after the meeting without amending comments as per consultant requirement.

 It is further reminder to resolve this issue and submit the drawings where Chirag Contracting shall not be held responsible for delay in this matter, so provide the revised drawings by checking all the parameters at the earliest possible.
