Subject : Regarding Document transmittal AP/269/32 issued on dated 06.11.16 and our concern for the basement and garbage room
Dear Sir,
With reference to above ,we would like to intimate you that we have concern for the basement area and we are requesting you to review our attached documents where we have mentioned the additional work requirement in garbage room and future cafeteria and kindly note the following:
- HPG consulting have provided the drawing with many requirement in garbage room which is not the part of our work and we are waiting for the engineer’s instruction for the execution of the additional work as well as the impact of this variation work during inspection by DM.
- In the future cafeteria we are attaching detail of the variation work and some of the activities like water proofing, additional drainage which needs to be executed during the construction work or client wants to hold till post construction.
So, kindly review the attached list ,our concern and we are awaiting for the engineer’s instruction to avoid any activity interfaced now as well as instruction for future work.
