Subject: Regarding discrepancies in your shop drawings received at our site office and our follow up.
Dear Mayur,
With ref. to above, after referring to your shop drawings which we have received at our site office, we need few clarifications so we are waiting to have technical meeting with you in continuation of our follow up. Kindly note the following
- In shop drawing no: NI-16026-PL1-PL2-06/06, both the lifts are having landing door at pool deck area but it is not matching with our approved drawing and also not matching with your floor plan since only one is going to pool deck ( PL-1) and PL-02 last landing is a level before.
- In shop drawing no: NI-16026-PL1-PL2-02/06, you have not mentioned levels of the floors, floor levels to be mentioned.
- You shop drawings must be as per site measurements taken by Schindler.
We find gap in co-ordination, so kindly review and revise the shop drawings before attending our technical meeting today at the site office.
