Dear Mr. xxx,
We are finished with the deliveries of Pods for the 8 block in Plot 001 and Plot 004. There are few works pending from xxx which are progressing faster to handover. But at this stage I would to request to start the process of handing over of the finished Pods at site. Since there are more activities involved above the pods by the other subcontractors, your earlier attention in this matter is highly appreciated.
We are proving a certificate of Quality assurance with every pod as a proof of work done along with a Test certificate for the all MEP activates in the pods. So we hereby take the responsibility of the pods related MEP activities. At later stage we will have a team for the commissioning of the pods once the supply of water is up and running.
Please consider Doors as a separate activity for handing over as these are balance in all the pods. As you know we are working on to supply a better door to the previous one we supplied as a part of our Quality Standards.
Through this letter we would like to request xxx Engineering to Instruct xxx (MEP Contractor) to clean their pipes for Sand and other Particles before connecting to our Manifolds to avoid these particulars settles in Mixers and block other pipe lines during commissioning.
