Subject             :  Regarding the communication issue and pending material/subcontractor co-ordination

Dear Sir,

With regards to the subject above, we would like to request you for the following issue which creates the confussion at site and may issues remain unresolved beacaue of the clarity of communication.

1. We contacted to the DANWAY to ask “why we do not provide the final drawing” and they stated that the client changed the design and drawing, the main contractor (CC) have’nt information from any stake-holder (employer direct communication with subcontractor)
2. We seen many communications between Makstylo and client and we were cc, we could not understand their discussion because it is for 3 projects. (Direct communication with the subcontractor)
3. We continuously follow up to decide, who will supply for pending areas of tile supply and nomination till date, client nominated the Enviro and Al Shaya from basement to 1^st floor , typical floor, design awaited from Biomet without having any nomination through your office.

We are continuously requesting to your office and also to client that it needs to nominate or instruct us what to do for the area of toilet in ground and 1^st floor as it is PC item there is cost factor for client. Reply awaited.

So, the communications are flowing out of the project communication protocol and without formal information to the main contractor (CC) to follow up and dkeep record to every stake-holder and impact.

Furthermore, main contractor (CC) being followed without any response and request to intimate for every discussion/conversationto the main contractor due to direct influence.

other impact as per our contract drawing and client’s requirement.
