Dear Sir,

With reference to the above, we would like to inform you the following:

1. We will finalize our drawing as per your instruction and float our enquiry to the market to find out our requirement again as we checked before the standard sizes are available.
2. We will also put our enquiry as per your instruction that the customize sizes are readily available as per our requiremnent or not?
3. We also ask the supplier if no stock as per our customize size can they produce and the time required for the production.
4. After receiving the feedback from the supplier we will inform you accordingly the impact and availability

So, we will inform you after receiving the feedback for the item no. 1 to 4 for availability, cost and other impact as per our contract drawing and client’s requirement.
