Subject Regarding the pending issue with the employer and impacted on project progress
Dear Sir,
With the reference to the above mentioned subject, we would like to inform you that many issues are still pending with employer kindly find the attached sheet for the issue pending and impact highlighted therein with total 16 no of the issue highlighted.
So, kindly review the same and we would like to intimate you that main contractor will not be responsible for the delay of the project completion and we will be submit impact analysis on based on the original baseline program for the extension of the time.
