                               Main Contractor (10% over head and profit)                                           

Dear Sir,

With reference to the above mentioned subject, we would like to inform you that   as per our terms and condition in LOI item No.5, C-2 our letter ref-CC/CITYMxxx dtd 16^th June xxx (Attached) kindly note the following.

1. xxx Contract amount AED 790,954.00 -10% over head and profit AED 79,095(Attached)

• xxx contract amount AED 350,294.00-10% Over head and Profit AED 35,029(Attached)

So, kindly issue the variation order as per the contract so we can include in running invoice.
