Subject              : Regarding the issue raised by the xxx Centre on 16.05.17 and their mail 

                             communication for factual misrepresentation

Dear Sir,

With reference to above subject, we would like to put your kind notice and intimation of some issue has been raised by Home Centre (LLC) the nominated subcontractor for fit-out and joinery.

  1. We replied our concern with the facts and their detailed reply waited that we send factual misrepresentation.

Our communication attachments are untempered and true/based on facts  

            attached. If any clarifications of misunderstanding, it can be clarified.

  • The issues raised by Home Centre (LLC) for the variation for fixing accessories, we are awaiting the details of variation and related document from Home Centre to support the claim statement
  •  The program we received, we are bound to submit the same to avoid any issue but the fact is self-explanatory on the document itself.

The work schedule submiited is without title, unsigned and without stamp and irrelevant to the project.

The submissions of other documents along with the schedule are not

 reviewed and signed and submitted without letter head. (Copy attached)

  • We would like to request to the client through your good office and will also request to Home Centre (LLC) representative that communications are not being transmitted with minimum requirement.

So, kindly discussed, forward and review with the employer to resolve and we are waiting for your comments for the following:

  1. Defect liability is project contract condition can’t be denied as per main contractor’s terms and consitions be followed by everyone.
  • Project specification and design parameter cannot be deviated because the fixing accessories based on the recommendation of the subcontractor. KInndly review!
  • We are assuring for commitment for the smooth co-ordination subject to the subcontractor  must follow the minimum requirement and document transmission through proper letter head signed, stamped, date and etc. which is not happening till now.
