Subject : Regarding the pending issue and impact at project site
Dear Sir,
With reference to above subject, kindly notice the following issue needs to resolve:
- The media hub boxes are not yet supplied at site by employer; it holds the walls of toilets unit nos. 3 and 10 wall as well as the other wall in rooms as per respective location from 2nd floor and above.
Impact: Work underhold was affected the wall area and rework required at 2nd floorwherever we already closed the wall and intimated. Media hub boxes will be supplied by client directly or consider variation (variation instruction required from Engineer our leter ref. CC/AP/401/17 dtd.02.05.17)
Kindly review and closed any argument if that must be close prior to start the work to avoid any risk for future comflict or be considered approve.
- The ledge wall “RFI” must be closed immediately. The ledge wall area underhold work until clearance of the RFI our letter ref. no. CC/AP/417/17 dtd. 17.05.17
- Tile received and balance to supply (detail attached) as well as Enviro payment by employer.

Kindly provide engineer’s instruction to fix unapproved material to confirm that the sample will be fixed permanently/ no rework instructed in future.
We are still waiting for scope of work /document for structural cabling subcontractor from client to review the scope before sending LPO and scope distribution as discussed.
