Dear Sir,

With reference to the above subject, we have the serious concern that right from the very start, we are facing improper co-ordination.

Furthermore, the co-ordination for program as well as advance information and discussion is not being happened because of the many re-works happened. Not only re-works happened but also delays being increased and the latest example is you brought 4.5 ton air compressor which came provide the required pressure from the ground if you have the required pipe but your office complain to the client that the contractor must shift it at roof which increase severe risk for lifting as well as access load on the slab. It could be avoided if you have proper office co-ordination in advance.

So, kindly make sure to have the proper co-ordination and advance requirements in writing to support the work at site
