Subject : Regarding the issue of Electrical drawing for DEWA submission and other
concern.
Dear Sir,
With reference to the above subject, we would like to inform you the following:
- In the kitchen advance drawing the following equipment details which are mention in revise drawing without any product description:
- K-65, b. K-66, c. K-67, d. K-68, e. K-69, f. K-70, g. K-71, h. K-72, i. K-73, j. K-74, k. K-75, l. K-76, m. K-77, n. K-78 (Continous follow-up our ref # CC/AP/363/17 dtd. 03.04.17 and Ref.# 4024/CEMC/2017 dtd. 02.04.17)
- The ID subcontractor drawing and the ID drawing provided from your office all light points in the ceiling without any technical details for required power. Kindly advise for this ID and our previous ref.# CC/AP/372/17 dtd. 06.04.17 item #2.
- The MEDIA HUB junction box not yet provided by the client and the partition work at wall for the MEDIA HUB from 2nd floor is pending and our work has been hold.
- On the 2nd floor, the walls closed already and we intimated before required after receiving MEDIA HUB GI boxes.
So, item# 1 needs to be clear by kitchen subcontractor through you and item # 2 client’s ID needs to be provided with the details and the contractor is intimating for the work underhold and delaying the submission of the drawing to DEWA as well as other consequences.
