Subject            : Intimation to remove the ply room from the 1^st floor to handover the area.

Dear Sir,

With reference to above, we would like to inform you the following.

1. We are continuously following since last 10 days that we want to remove the room to clear the area for Destec but you are not cooperating.
2. Your communication regarding stolen material we disagree with your blame and if you brought valuable and kept at construction site we are not aware and you did not put under our custody and  you did not reply for our mail communication  or did not come to the site for investigation.
3. We are informing you that tomorrow we will remove the room to handover this area to the interior sub-contractor, if you have anything in room you must remove and we cannot wait anymore to clear this area.

So, we are confirming nothing has been stolen from the room and we must remove the room to clear the area for other sub-contractor, which did not happen since you are not supporting us.
