Subject: Regarding Garbage room drawing details not available till date for variation and revision in MEP shop drawing (work under hold)
Dear Sir,
With reference to the above, we would like to inform you that ,we received the revised proposal of garbage room through your Document transmittal ref no:AP/269/CC/32 DT 06.11.16 issued by HPG consultant and we raised our concern for the additional requirement by HPG Consultant and waiting the reply for the following and our concern:
- Without Clearance of our requirement (letter ref no: CC/AP/264/16) we cannot revise the shop drawing for complete MEP work and without having the shop drawing we cannot raise the variation for approval to execute the work.
So, work at garbabge room remain under hold.
- We also required Engineer’s instruction to carryout the additional MEP work to raise inspection prior to start the tile work after the approval of shop drawing.
- For additional wash basin ,that will be fixed near the column at new block work , kindly note that :
- 100mm block work +50mm +50mm wall guard + tile will reduce the width of the garbage room by 25cm +the additional wash basin further reduction /obstruction for the circulation of garbage trolley.
- Wash Basin and gratings inside and outside the garbage room are not in DM drawing .
So, kindly provide the required detail for variation and revise the shop drawing as well as consider the risk of DM inspection and comment inside the garbage room, If we will fix all the additional services without having DM approved drawing.
Furthermore, review item no.3 for additional block work and space issue as well as approval from the DM.
