Dear xxx,

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for all Carpentry work where  all Carpentry labour will be under you
2. Should maintain a register by having all names of carpentry labour and their duty daily after having  meeting with Project engineer
3. For entire shuttering work, must take points from Surveyor and Alma and should assign the work as per target.
4. The basement, Ground floor, First floor all backlog work for shuttering is listed below
5. Shuttering for manhole
6. Shuttering for RMU room
7. Shuttering for first floor
8. Shuttering of Column and Core wall
9. Slab formwork is to be truly supervised as per DM approved drawings and support at void area near column near wall or change of the direction every 60cm must have support.
10. Progress:
11. Should have individual progress and give report daily starting from today and must be in site but not at site office.
12. The target will be provided by Project engineer if any problem is there to be mentioned before not later.
13. Warning:

After wrong work or slow progress if any delay happens you  are  responsible for giving alarm status or monitor progress where rectification work will be on your cost.

• Summarize the DLR planned and how much target achieved daily and individual quantified progress daily.
• Regarding quality check he should invite the Project Engineer and QA/QC engineer to reconfirm the quality.
• Report to be submitted to Project Engineer for work assignment by 5:30 PM and should have site after finishing report.
