Subject : CVI confirmation for false ceiling in a rest room area
Dear Sir,
With reference to above we are here by requesting that the approved false ceiling drawing is gypsum board ceiling as per ID concept and same has been progress partially approved 4th floor for suspension and same has been stopped due to site condition and verbal instruction due to MEP service for future maintenance.
Kindly note the following:
- The maintenance access panel was discussed with CITYMAX and ARKIPLAN and it was decided to propose 60×60cm false ceiling with concealed suspension.
- Chirag contracting fixed the mock up sample which is gypsum panel concealed system and mockup has been inspected in unit no:5 by Mr.Russel Sharpe along with other stake holder
- The contractor submitted proposed material, physical sample, specification and shop drawing reference no: CC/AP/269/MAT/CIV/228 dated 24/12/17 and submission commented and not approved which is holding our material procurement which is booked in advance from the available stock with our assurance of the purchase the same with in the date of delivery not beyond 28/12/17( supplier waiting for check copy for delivery).
- Now we cannot confirm the order because of the non approval of the consultant including the technical specification because in original scope it was mineral panel false ceiling.
- Chirag contracting assured that we will not be claim the cost for the work carried out due to time essence and our support to finish the project by avoiding the conflict situation which may lead the argument.
So, we would like to inform you kindly confirm and approve formally the new proposal which is approved in mock up or if it is not approved by today the main contractor should not be well responsible to delay in procurement of material or additional VAT or delay of the project.
