Dear Sir,

This is further to our email dated 8^th November 2019 (attached), letter Ref. MCM/AAZ/OCAC/04/2019 dated 26^th November 2019 (attached) and minutes of site progress meeting 8-13 in connection of abovesaid subject. We wish to put on record that there has been a significant delay in casting of First floor slab due late issuance of DDA approved revised structural drawings for the Ground floor.

The same issue yet to address for the Roof Floor Slab by incorporating Client requirement for Aluminum windows and false Ceiling height.

Therefore, we request you to confirm us the Aluminum window height for First Floor to avoid any further delay due to modification in structural drawing at later stage.
