Subject: Regarding Undertaking Letter to vacate the rear side neighbor Plot occupied by us for temporary storage for our project on Plot No. xxx.
Dear Sir,
With reference to the above subject, currently we are using neighbor plot temporary storage to keeping construction materials for our above mentioned project since, three sides of our project we do not have any space.
So allow us 30m X 30m area for the Plot No. 3731301 and we are undertaking that we will vacate the area within 3 days’ notice by the Landlord.
So, kindly allow us to use the plot temporarily and we will follow all rules and regulations of the building control section and keep the area clean always.
