Dear Madam,

This is to confirm that xxx are following the approved drawings to lay the wires in the pods.

xxx will be using single length wires from the Junction Box to the connection point of the fixtures as a standard procedure in all projects. xxx will never use any kind of connectors to join the wires within the same circuit. Please refer to our schematic drawing for your information and understanding.

After completion of works, every pod will pass through a series of Quality Tests where xxx will check the continuity test on the wires and also a visual test of the lights and the functionality test of all the electrical accessories like shaver sockets for example in all the pods. 

xxx confirm that similar methodology have executed is compatible with all authorities’ requirements.

A sample test report is already a part of the Documents in the MOS for a better understanding.

In case of any deviation from any authority’s requirement up to date, it would be under xxx responsibility and any incoming additional cost xxx shall be bear the responsibility.
