Subject        : Your letter ref. no. DEC/CM/AP/CC/17 dated 04/02/18 and our concern

Dear Mr. xxx,

With reference to the above mentioned subject we would like to inform you the following inline of your communication which is null and void based on the following:

  1. You do not have the physical sample approval for door and frame including finishes till now.
  2. Your shop drawing approval is still under review and still we are waiting to release by consultant.
  3. The sub-frame work, we supposed to start after approval of shop drawing with frame width to follow your drawing.
  4. We started the sub-frame at our risk and cost to support our project and to avoid further delay and your blame for delay based on hypothetical assumptions being set aside.
  5. Your time of production for 45 days which include the shop drawing and material approval also, therefore you need to finish your work before 5th of March 2018.

So, your said communication is null and void as you do not have approval till date to execute the work, hence no excuse for blame on us is acceptable and we disagree for your statement of delay by us.
