Subject            :           xxx Arabia Tower 16A – Delays

Dear Sir,

We acknowledge receipt of M/s xxx Contracting Company’s letter reference xxx dated 24th November xxx regarding the alleged delay in the completion of Tower 16A and we refute M/s xxx statement in this regard.

Please be informed that we have been working on site in coordination with the Client and we have prioritized the work at Towers 2B and 10B as per Client’s request due to the unavailability of the Tower 16A. Moreover, we cannot ship our materials as there is no storage area available to receive them and to date no clearance has been provided for xxx/Xxx (Name of the Subcontractor) to start the installation, therefore, we find M/s xxx statement to be misleading.

On the other hand, in order for us to submit mitigation plan and other requirements requested by M/s xxx, we would need the revised program.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, it will be very much appreciated if we could receive the 25% advance payment for Tower 16A.

This is for your information and necessary action.

Sincerely yours,

For Xxx (Name of the Subcontractor) Interiors LLC
