Dear Mr. Yasser,
We refer to your letter (Ref: xxx DATED xxx) for the draft warranty and Operating & Maintenance Manuals and would like to response as below.
- Draft Warranty: Please find the attached a Draft Warranty for your Initial review and approval. In return please confirm a preferred date to mention in the original warranty at the time of the submitting. We also confirm to whom you want us to address the warranty. However the date in the warranty will reflect the same date mentioned in the “Taking over certificate”.
- Operating & Maintenance Manuals: We are in the process of preparing the O&M Manual as required. However we so far have not received any formats for the same so we will be submitting in Unipods formats as a draft for your initial review and comments (If any). We expect to submit a draft of O&M before 29th April xxx.
