Dear all concerned,
With reference above, May face the termination of the project because of the list attached herewith and reminded to everyone that it will be serious disaster if it will happen and kindly note the following.
- Since last more than 2 months the site work almost stooped and list attached ids self-explanatory.
- Many meeting happen with Mr. Mahesh and Mr.Vinod as well as follow up to the all concern.
- The MEP staff is a serious issue and client may appoint another contractor, because of MEP staff and those are at site are running for the salary here and there.
- The civil staff last 15 days they are sometime coming and sometime not coming now they are waiting for Sunday.
- Labor salaries again issue and Trans guard people stop working after 4.30 as instructed by MR vinod and HR department. So serious production issue due to break hour implementation and recovery.
- Please read contract clause 63.3 which is self-explanatory.
So, this is cumulative responsibility and am surprised that why the company not supporting to avoiding the termination, in case of termination because the clauses in the contract are very dangerous.
