Dear Sir,

With reference to the above, we are hereby undertaking that our formwork for 0.7m height slab above ettic slab and the equipment room (1.8m height) is stable/safe and braced properly and followed the approved drawing.

The area of the low height slab between grid no 5 to 8/A-G at roof.
