With reference to the above we would like to request you to release the advance payment for our lift sub-contractor Schindler Pars Intl. Ltd, kindly note the following

1. We are here by attaching the invoice and bank guarantee which lift sub-contractor Schindler Pars Intl. Ltdhas submitted to us for the advance payment.

• a)  As per LOI and agreed terms with sub-contractor, kindly release the advance payment as per attached invoice.

b) The advance payment amount that you will be releasing on behalf of Chirag Contracting we will claim the invoice in the next month (August,2016) and you can deduct the same amount from our invoice.

So, this is for your kind information to review and release the payment to the lift sub-contractor Schindler Pars Intl. Ltd.
