Dear Sir,
With reference to above, we received through the mail from the client yhe same document hard copy from Arkiplan Office and our concerned is to request the following:
- The copy of original approved quotation which was provide by M/s Cadd Emirates and Networking LLC and with their letter head and which is approved by the client along with the confirmation.
- In the Nomination Reference No. AP/269/297 dated April 6, 2017 , in item no. 1, You stated the lump sum price of AED 230, 000.00 which included the structural cabling and CCTV both.
- In their quotation, there is the payment terms and conditions, inclusion/exclusion and description and the material quoted for in their letter head . We required the same to attached along to our LPO with reference and to review the terms and conditions.
- There are the certain parts which may have manufacturer guarantee/ warrantee or sub contractor guarantee/ warrantee if any and the details of the origin of the material with their address or mail i.d for reference for fulture to be by the employer
So, kindly intimate the employer to provide the required documents through your office and forward the same after your kind review and instruction.
