Dear Sir,

With reference to above , we would like to inform you that, the moment we came to know to arrange the meeting with PT designer for our project , we did all our efforts to make it possible in order to  attend the meeting by PT subcontractor .

Kindly note that engineer could not manage to attend today i.e, 16.02.17, due to short notice and week end as well as pre assignment, and he tried to find a slot to attend.

As per the information given by them, they can attend only on Saturday or Sunday .

As Saturday your office is not working , kindly let us know the timings of meeting on Sunday by afternoon .
