Subject : Regarding the type of the threshold sample between corridors and rooms for all areas
Dear Sir,
With regards to the subject above, and our sample submittal with Ref No. CC/AP/269/MAT/ CIV/148 dated 22.01.17. We requested the threshold for entire floor and in your approval you only approved the threshold for the toilet door only.
So we would like to request to provide threshold type or code / sample for all main entrance between common passage and rooms at main doors because you approved only in toilet area.
Furthermore on top of concealed tank at WC in the toilet, it will be the tile finishes or ID will define any acrylic material or stone, it was intimated many times still we are awaiting for your decision since 16.01.2017 Ref Letter CC/AP/234/16.
This for your kind notification and to decide for the same since the contractor required the reasonable time for sample collection, submission and approval after that we will issue LPO to procure the material as well as main contractor should not be responsible for the pending decision or time required for the procurement or any delay concern.
