Subject : Supply and Installation of Floor & Wall Mounted Kitchen Cabinets and Wardrobes
Dear Sir,
We acknowledge receipt of your Nominated Subcontract Work Order reference xxx dated 26th May xxx regarding the above referred project and subject and would like to inform you that the completion date of 30th June xxx as mentioned in the Subcontract Work Order will not be feasible due to the following;
- We do not have approved shop drawings.
- Site works are currently on-going such as civil works, marble works, etc. which does not allow us to take the necessary site measurement.
In view of the above, we can confirm that the completion date will be on 20th July xxx subject to getting approval of our submittals within 3 days of submission date, any approval beyond the 3 days period will have an impact on the project completion date.
Moreover, due to the short duration of the project, we will not be in a position to provide an Advance Payment Bank Guarantee and Performance Bond Guarantee as it requires over 6 weeks to be issued.
