      Subject            : Regarding submission of the issue from 4th Feb xx to 19th July xxx in chronological order.

Dear Sir,

With reference to the above, we would like to inform you that we are writing that the following issues recorded between 4th Feb xx to 19th July xxx and kindly note the following.

1. The total issue SL NO 1 to 36 are recorded along with the reference no with our communication for your ready reference / record.

2.  The impact at the project schedule and highlights in the remark are self- explanatory and with attachment of the related communication.

So, we are submitting the intimation and the impact in the project schedule will be submitted separately  and we would  like to inform the project completion date are discussed previously at Sep 2017 will be severely impacted and new project completion date will established after impact analysis  as whole.

 Attachments, A1 to A4 summary pages and page no 1 to 36 documents together.
