Subject               : Regarding Wall Tile Cutting and Our Concern.

Dear Sir,

With reference to the above and the shop drawing approval with reference CC/AP/269/SH/CIV/ID/018 dated 08.07.17 and was approved by the client on 16.07.17 and received by the contractor on 19.07.17. Kindly note the following:

1. As per the approval comment we marked the tile on wall as per ID drawing   CC/AP/269/SH/CIV/ID/018 and instruction by client ID.

2.  After marking we fixed the tile in unit 5 and 6 (architecture) with two equal cut piece of the tile at bathtub area and as instructed in shop drawing approval.

3. The Toilet is re-inspection in unit 6 after fixing of the tile and final work inspection is as dated 19th July 2017  and  we received the commented inspection on 24th  July 017 so we can fill the Bath Tub.

Kindly note that as per the I. D. drawing marking and fixing of the tile with the two equal piece have an issue of more additional wastage as well as the cost of the fixing and cutting also additional cutting cost.

So, if we will follow the I.D. drawing concept there are the following impact:

a. Client needs to provide additional tile for additional wastage at free of cost for the project due to additional wastage to we follow the I. D concept.

b. The manually cutting edge of the tile the quality and miner difference up to 3mm to be accepted for manual work.

c. There will be additional cost additional cutting and slow progress of fixing it will increase the fixing cost.

So, kindly advice if we will proceed with the cutting tile in bathtub area and shower area with the confirmation of additional wastage of the tile.

Regards,

For xxx Contracting L.L.C.
