Dear Sir,

With reference to above we would like to request you that we are submitting new material foam concrete to replace previous approved one that is DAREX AE4.

1. The material brand name is ADVA FOAMCRETE
2. Complince statement attached herewith,

So, we are submitting the technical specification for the substitute and equivalent material with our undertaking that we will test the cube to confirm the requied density for the project. Attachments are attached herewith.

Kindly approve the new chemical with our undertaking.
