Dear Mr. xxx,

Regarding the Unipods points for the Plot 001, Block3, 1^st Floor, we would like to update for your information and further action.

1. The light fittings are not been approved still, as you had mentioned that you require a physical sample I had tried to contact the light supplier many times and they are saying they had already discussed with Al Hani. We haven’t got any information regarding the same.
2. All wires for the termination of light fittings are already in the pods and as soon as we have the lights we can give the supply.
3. All wires which requires direct line (Power Socket, Water heater, Washing Machine) provided by Al Hani are pulled down to the points from above the pods.
4. All balance manifold works are finished by Unipods for the entire Plot 001 Block 3.
5. From our side we are now ready to proceed with false ceiling and we are waiting for the clearance letter from others. 

If there is anything further you want us to clarify regarding the mock up floor or in general please let us know so as to complete the works in the pods.

We also know that the doors are still pending from our side, but we are rectifying your comments and soon will install all the doors. I may have to come back with a date on when we can finish the doors little later.
