Subject               :  Regarding shifting of the transformer by xxx Company advised by Dewa      approved company.

Dear Sir,

With reference to above we had the meeting on Monday 23/10/xxx in Dewa with senior co-ordinater and the discussion was described below and our action.

1. Our substation is located 27 meter inside our plot limit and in this case Dewa will not shift the transformer inside the plot limit as per Dewa rule and we must hire Dewa approved contractor to take the transformer from gate to substation room.
2. We called the Dewa approved subcontractor and visited at the site and they found that it is feasible to shift the transformer without removing the tower crane.
3. We are attaching their quotation as per the scope and price attached here with.
4. This nomination should be submitted to Dewa along with required documents and these formalities will be completed after nomination.
5. The contact person of the Powerfort contracting and their mobile number attached in the quotation.

So kindly forward the quotation to the client and they must appoint directly the sub contractor as per Dewa and LPO need to be sent by the client with their payment terms mentioned in their quotation.
