Subject        :  Regarding Segregation of the Toilet floor and wall tile starting point as well as toilet floor tile delivery issue.

Dear Sir,

With reference to above, we would like to inform you that we engage our people to segregate the floor tile to complete the moke up room toilet, since we cannot wait more to hold the moke up room toilet since we did not receive the uniform color floor tile from the client.

We also want to inform you if still is any difference after fixing we will be noticed we will not be held responsible for any difference or comment as we tried our level best.

Furthermore we would like to inform you that main contractor is not responsible for delay in the moke up room inspection and without approval of the moke up we can’t proceed for other areas at second floor and above.

Meantime the toilet in mock up room in unit no-5,the wall tile will be starting from the lowest level-10 mm from toilet floor to shower area and the bottom row of the tile at 0.00 level will be fixed with the cutting by 10mm to match the all horizontal groove at all four elevation.

This is for your kind information and intimation that we will not be responsible for the delay of the moke up room and ultimately delay in the project completion/impact in our base line program.
