Dear Sir,

With reference to above, since it was a first invoice and we received the bank guarantee on dated 09.01.17 for which we took reasonable time to review and attach all the documents and some discussion with the employer and please note the following:

1. As per agreement amended to subcontractor agreement that payment to release from the date of submission of invoice since it is advance payment that we already certified from our side after receiving the bank guarantee on dated 09.01.17.

• As per our mutual understanding with our employer that the employer will release the payment to M/s Metalu as the invoice which is submitted to the client office through consultant and it will reach client office on or by Sunday.

• The required documents attached along with your invoice to speed up the payment and we did not delay any payment which you stated in your mail but reasonable time required for certification.

So, your payment will be released in due course since it is a first payment and we are assuring you we will certify within the agreed time as per amendment to the subcontractor agreement signed on dated 29.11.16 through consultant vide letter ref:AP/269/279 Dated 29.11.16

• We are attaching RMU door elevation and plan for your review that RMU door to be fixed with aluminum glazing GL-01 with our door D-28 which is RMU door.

So, kindly review above mentioned for your information and provide the shop drawings for RMU and substation as soon as possible.
