We are writing to request you to kindly relook into the finishing inspection status of the below 13 pods that are being rejected again due to marble sets.

We have so far replaced multiple times the marble sets in these pods and tried to source the marble that meet the Engineer requirement but due to lack of matching marble in the market the finishing inspections kept being rejected.
Unfortunately we find ourselves in a position where we are unable to find the proper marble and considering that the snag process has started, we request you to check with the Engineer the possibility of rechecking the sets installed and approving it.
M/s xxx (Contractor Name) confirm that in case during the handing over stage, the home owners of the apartments where these 13 pods are located did not like or rejected the installed marble sets, we will replace for them with sets they found satisfactory.
