Subject           : Request to issue the nomination for signage subcontractor to claim our overhead profit and cover the project risk

Dear Sir,

With reference of the above we are hereby intimating that we don’t have signage subcontractor nomination and they are working at the site in unauthorized manner. So, kindly note the following.

1. We need the nomination letter to cover the risk under the project reference with your nomination letter as they are working under our license so we are responsible for their watch and ward and safety.
2. We also need to claim our 10 % overhead profit for nominated subcon for variation work.
3. They didn’t submit any soft drawing to submit to the consultant and this is out of the project communication protocol and non-contractual process being adopted.
4. They are dealing with your office work still incomplete and contractually we can’t write them also as we don’t have contractual obligation with them, it is also delaying the civil defense inspection

So, this is for your kind information for immediate action or Citymax directly will be responsible for the any accident / incident at site.
