Dear Mr. Jamal,

We received your letter to do the modification in the mock up villa No 74. In today’s meeting at site it was mentioned that a clear instruction will be send to xxx marked in the drawings where the modification is required. But this information is still missing. We cannot refer to any site markings as a document for modification.

But by understanding the importance of getting the mock up villa finished I will highlight some concerns I have in these modifications.

• The finished height up to the false ceiling will be different to the other pods; 2400MM is not achievable in these pods as per the drawings.
• Cutting off the profile wall panel may weaken the structure, so not recommend Unipods.
• The wall tiling layout will be changed according to the site conditions after the modification and will progress accordingly. So this will not match with the drawings.

However we believe xxx Engineering is fully aware of the modifications been requested to us. As this is a site instruction, xxx holds all rights to claim for a variation on the additional work and any extra materials used for these modifications.
