Subject : Reply to the letter Delivery of pods
Dear Mr. xxx,
After all our letters send to you regarding the delay in free issue items, we till date haven’t received any plan of action in delivering these materials to our factory to complete the pods. Once we have this plan we will be able to provide you a delivery program based on the finishing of the pods.
Precast plan is not helping us in any way and we are supporting xxx Engineering by sending incomplete pods to site. So we appreciate if you can send us the delivery schedule of the free issue materials to plan our production accordingly.
Unipods is not responsible nor blamed for any delays in this project.
