Dear Sir,
With reference to the above subject, we would like to bring to your attention the following issues with concerned to the Authority, which holds back to start the construction work at the site.
- As per master developer reply (copy attached) all the trees inside plot should be removed by 23rd December xxx. Please be informed that, the process to removal of the Ghaf trees has initiated proactively on 12th October xxx. All other big trees came into scene after receiving of demarcation certificate from DDA on dated 22nd November xxx. We have sent request (copy attached) to master developer on same date to remove all the trees inside plot limit.
- Many MEP service pass through the plot which to be re-routed by the master developer, and we are in coordination with them.
In light of the above, said situation is beyond our control, however, we are exerting our best effort to address all the concerns at the earliest.
Furthermore, it is common practices in construction industry that, project commencement date starts upon receiving of entire site ready to start construction activity.
Hence, the commencement date will be established once all the obstruction is removed and the site is ready to start the construction activities.
